  • Our retreat is a 30-acre mountaintop, private, tranquil estate in the Hudson Valley, just 1 hour north of NYC near West Point. Nestled in natural beauty, it offers the perfect space to unplug and reconnect.

  • We have 8 bedrooms that can sleep up to 22 people with the rooms as follows. 

    • 1st floor Sunrise Room: 3 Twins or a king and a twin (Great views)

    • 2nd floor Sunset Room- 2 Twins or a King (Great views)

    • 2nd floor- Moon Room- 1 Queen, 1 Twin (Side view)

    • Ground Floor- Beehive Room #1: 1 Queen, 1 Twin

    • Ground Floor- Beehive Room #2: 1 Queen, 1 Twin (Good views)

    • Ground Floor- Beehive Room #3: 2 Twins or a King (Good views)

    • Ground Floor- Beehive Room #4: 1 Queen

    • Carriage House- 2 Queens


    All Kings can be converted into singles. Any singles are dressed as sitting areas.


    The carriage house has a half bath. The main house has one half bath and 4 full bathrooms for a total of six. The Sunrise room has a private full bathroom, 2nd floor and Ground floor have a shared full bathroom. There’s an additional full bathroom on the first floor.

  • The front gate will be opened for you on your day of arrival and the code to the house shared. All the house information and local information will be listed in the welcome packet.

  • All guidelines will be outlined in your welcome packet. Guests must be 28 years or older. We ask to keep the house a no shoe zone and no smoking zone. No pets in the house. No wet wipes or sanitary napkins in the toilet. Kindly refrain from shooting guns or fireworks on the property. Garbage/recycling along with HVAC notes will be listed in the welcome packet.

  • We are an eco-friendly estate so each guest receives one towel. All bedding and pillows are provided including thick comforters and blankets. Shampoo and conditioner are supplied and there are hair dryers, an iron, washer and dryer in the home. Guests are responsible for other toiletries. There is a charcoal water filter to reduce the need for plastic water bottles.

  • We have a lap pool if you want to bring a bathing suit. We also have a private quarter mile hiking trail with several viewing platforms and gazebo’s if you need to bring hiking footwear. We ask that the home be a no shoe zone, so feel free to bring slippers or comfy socks. There is a roof tower to soak in the breathtaking views if you are comfortable with heights. There is a private yoga cottage for classes as well. The house water runs hot so guests don’t have to wait for the water to heat up and waste water. There is a game room filled with board games and a mini-library with 100 timeless classics. There are hammocks that are throughout the property and we have a bocce set and cornhole bags stored in the laundry room which can be played near the bonfire area.
